Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
To be eligible, items should be returned with the reusable transparent polybag in which the garment was packaged, as well as the original polymailer used for delivery, along with any other included reusable packaging materials.
- *If the original packaging (polybag or polymailer) is no longer in your possession, that’s not a problem — we simply ask that the item be securely repackaged in a similar-sized bag to ensure it’s well protected during return shipping. For future orders, we kindly recommend keeping the original packaging for return purposes.
Items must be free of stains, odors, and damage — the garment should look and feel brand new when inspected by our team to qualify for a refund or exchange.
To request a return, you’ll need your order number or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).

Do not ship items back without approval. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide full instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on available stock.

The fastest way to secure your preferred item is to return your original and place a new order.

Alternatively, request a direct exchange; our team will aim to put aside the item you want to exchange for, but if for any reason the requested item is no longer available before your return arrives, you may select another item of equal value or request a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the return for processing, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@sangfroidmtl.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Final sale / discounted items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We reserve the right to decline returns for items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing required packaging materials. That said, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation (for example, if packaging materials are missing but the garment is determined upon inspection to be in brand-new condition).
