Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 working hours from our fulfillment center in Greater Montréal, Canada. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only. That said, we plan to expand internationally in the future. If you’re outside Canada and interested in SANGFROID, we’d love to hear from you — reach out at info@sangfroidmtl.com to let us know where you’d like to see us ship next.

Shipping Times

  • Quebec (Local): 1–3 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 1–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $10 CAD for orders under $100 before applicable taxes

  • Free Shipping: On all Canadian orders above or equal to $100 before taxes

Order Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you experience issues with delivery (delays, lost packages, etc.), please contact us at info@sangfroidmtl.com, and we’ll help you resolve the matter.

Address Errors & Returns

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivery Issues & Refunds

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

  • Shipping times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by the carrier.
